General Broking Conditions
I am acting as broker for holiday villas. There is a contractual relationship only between the tenant and the owner of the villa. After receipt of your booking registration I will issue a booking confirmation. This booking confirmation is an offer of the house owner to you. The offer is valid and binding for the owner of the villa for 2 weeks after the date of issue of the booking confirmation. As soon as you pay the deposit for the rental rate as stated in the booking confirmation, the rental contract between the renter and the tenant is closed. The rental contract is governed under private law. Please note that the house owner is no tour operator or travel business and that special travel laws do not apply. The exact range of services included you find on my website. Extra services have to be mentioned in the booking confirmation otherwise they are not included in the rental price. Utility costs in addition to the rental rate have to be paid to the house owner or his local representative as well as the rest payment for the rental price according to the booking confirmation. If I don’t receive your deposit payment within 2 weeks after issuing the booking confirmation I have the right to rent out the object to a third party.

Cancellation of Rental Agreement: The paid amount of rent deposit will not be refunded
